Contest Rules

These rules apply to all contests run on ImageVoter. By entering a contest you agree to be bound by these rules.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years of age to enter.
  • You must have a registered account in good standing (not suspended or banned).
  • Administrators and moderators of this Site are not eligible to win prizes.

2. How to Enter

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Upload an eligible image using the upload form.
  3. Opt in to the active contest from your Profile page.

Only images uploaded during the contest period and opted in are eligible. Images submitted before the contest period began are not automatically entered.

3. Image Requirements

  • Images must comply with the Terms of Service — no nudity, no hate speech, no content you do not have rights to.
  • Images depicting identifiable individuals require the consent of those individuals.
  • Submitted images must be original work or content you own or are licensed to share.
  • Each account may submit a limited number of images per contest period, as set by the administrator.

4. Voting and Scoring

Winners are determined by score at the end of the contest period. Score is calculated from the votes cast by the community during the period. We reserve the right to disqualify images or accounts found to be manipulating votes through any means including but not limited to: automated voting, coordinated vote exchanges, or the use of multiple accounts.

5. Winners and Prizes

  • The number of winning places per contest is set by the administrator and displayed on the contest page.
  • Winners are notified by email at the conclusion of the contest period.
  • Prize details, if any, are specified for each individual contest period.
  • To receive a prize, winners must have a valid payout method on file in their profile before the contest ends.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for alternatives unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to withhold a prize if the winner is found to have violated these rules or the Terms of Service.

6. Disqualification

We reserve the right to disqualify any entry or participant at our sole discretion for rule violations, suspected fraud, or conduct inconsistent with the spirit of the contest. Disqualification decisions are final.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your submitted images. By entering, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display the image on the Site and in promotional materials related to the contest results. We will not sell or license your images to third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for technical failures that prevent a valid entry from being recorded or counted, or for delays in prize delivery caused by third-party payment services.

9. Modification and Cancellation

We reserve the right to modify the rules, extend the contest period, or cancel a contest at any time. If a contest is cancelled before winners are announced, no prizes will be awarded for that period.
